Contract AgenciesAs the Area Agency on Aging, the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) supports the development of a comprehensive regional service delivery system for older adults and their caregivers. ARC funds organizations in each of the Region's ten counties to develop and implement a coordinated aging program tailored to local needs. These ten County Based Aging Programs, or CBAs, nine of which are county governments and one a private non-profit agency, serve as community focal points and gateways to senior services in their respective counties.
